Nevertheless I also want to show it to all the non-German speaking people out there and spread this wonderful idea!

Lobkarten is a German word - for those who wonder - and its meaning is similar to praise cards. A couple of weeks ago I came across those cards while reading blogs. A blogger wrote about them and hyperlinked their website. In my opinion designing cards and sharing praise and compliments with them is an adorable idea! I did take a great interest in this kind of campaign, so I summarily decided to browse the web page. It is THIS ONE, unfortunately it is only available in German. You can, of course still leave a comment on the bottom of their page! The concept of this praise project by Anja Meuter, the manageress, and her team is giving praise, compliments and thank-you notes to those who already deserved it for so long. You can do it via internet or you order a set of cards. Therefor you need to write an e-mail to lob@meuter.de, I am sure they can help you along if you want to get a set. Further they have a mission: praising, praising, praising. It is not a big deal to tell people every so often how much you thank them for being there, how much you appreciate their presence, how glad you are them being your workmate, friend, etc. But I have to confess that I do sometimes forget to do that. And those cards are just the perfect idea to brighten up someone's day! The cards come in different styles and say for example "You are priceless", "You rock", "WOW", "Thanks for your contribution", "You make me happy", "Thank you for everything" and there is even one for my blog - it says "fantastic"! All in all I got 33 cards and I love them! A big applause for the so called Lob-Team and thank you very much for the set, again! Below you can see some photos taken from the Lobkarten!

Vor einigen Wochen bin ich beim Durchstöbern einiger Blogs auf eine Aktion gestoßen. Eine Bloggerin schrieb dabei über Lobkarten und hat zum Glück deren Webseite genannt. Meiner Meinung nach ist es eine bezaubernde Idee, Karten zu entwerfen und damit Lob und Komplimente zu verbreiten. Ich hatte hohes Interesse an der Aktion und so beschloß ich kurzerhand, die Webseite zu besuchen, DIESE HIER, ist bis jetzt auch nur auf deutsch verfügbar. Hiterlasst doch einen Kommentar unten auf der Seite, die Macher freuen sich sicherlich drüber! Die Idee hinter dem Ganzen ist ganz einfach Leuten zu schreiben, die schon lange ein Lob verdient haben. Anja Meuter, die Geschäftsführerin und ihr Team haben hierfür ihre Seite eingerichtet, denn man kann dort bequem Karten auswählen und an beliebig viele Menschen schicken. Ich denke, dass die Lobkarten so als E-Mail verschickt werden. Optional kann man die Karten auch anfragen, dafür nehmt ihr am besten Kontakt zum Lob-Team auf (die E-Mail-Adresse hierfür ist lob@meuter.de), die helfen euch sicherlich weiter! Die Mission des Ganzen ist: loben, loben loben! Es ist nicht schwer, Menschen hin und wieder zu sagen, wie sehr man ihnen dankt, dass sie für einen da sind, wie sehr man ihre Existenz schätzt, wie froh man dafür ist, dass sie Kollege, Freund, usw. sind. Aber ich muss zugeben, ich vergesse das manchmal. Und deshalb sind die Karten die perfekte Idee, dem einen oder anderen ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zu zaubern! Die Karten kommen in verschiedenen Ausführungen, darunter "Du bist unbezahlbar", Du rockst", "WOW", "Danke für deinen Beitrag", "Du machst mich froh", "Danke für alles" und es gibt sogar eine Karte für meinen Blog - auf der steht "fantastisch"! Alles in einem habe ich 33 Karten erhalten und ich liebe sie! Ein großes Lob an das Lobkarten-Team, erneut vielen Dank für das tolle Set! Unten seht ihr einige Fotos der Lobkarten!
